Empowering farmers, restoring land, and building a sustainable future

Today marks another step in advancing agroecology in Fako Division. Some farmers received subsidised livestock—pigs, local birds, goats—to strengthen farming and livelihoods. This goes beyond animal rearing. It creates a cycle of sustainability: using droppings for organic fertiliser and manure, enriching soil naturally, increasing yields, and reducing harmful chemicals.
